Privacy notice
This notice explains how Intertech Systems LTD handles personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

Visiting this website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties such as Google when you load a page.
Like every web server, our hosting provider records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the site and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate an attack.
When you contact us
If you call, email us or use the enquiry form, we process what you give us: your name, company, contact details, the location and number of vehicles, the date of the storm, your message and any photos. The form does not send data to our server; it opens your own email app with a prepared message, and nothing is transmitted until you press send there.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess the damage and, if you instruct us, carry out the repair (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where the repair is part of an insurance claim, we share vehicle and damage details with your insurer or their assessor only when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted once the matter is settled, at the latest after one year. Records of completed jobs, including invoices, are kept for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data or pass it on for marketing. Data is processed within the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time:
- what data we hold about you, and for a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR);
- to correct it (Art. 16) or delete it (Art. 17);
- to restrict how we use it (Art. 18);
- to hand it over in a portable format (Art. 20);
- to stop processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21).
Just write to info@intsy.eu. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg. You may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
